You want to see your company grow and be successful. One way to do that is to create a bond between team members. Many team building activities are met with discomfort or lack of participation. However, implementing creative and fun team bonding activities can help build team morale, learn about each other, and gain perspective on each person’s role in the business.

The Barter Puzzle

Split your team into equal groups and give each group a puzzle to complete. They have to work together to complete the puzzle the fastest. Here’s the catch: each puzzle will have missing pieces that the team must barter, trade, or negotiate terms with the other teams to get their missing puzzle pieces back. They must decide as a group what they will do to get the pieces back. The game promotes team work, problem solving, and leadership skills.

Liar Liar

Form a circle with all your new team members facing each other. Everyone must tell two truths and a lie in a random sequence. The lies must be realistic. The other team members must decide which fact is untrue. This game is an interactive way to help your team members get to know everyone better.

Tower of Terror

Split the group into teams of 3 to 5 members. Give each group a pack of playing cards and a pair a scissors. The goal is make the tallest tower with the supplies given. This game promotes creativity and teamwork.

These are just a few examples of fun games you can use to build bonds between your team members. To learn more about how elm Planning can help your business, contact us today.
