Heather Lynch  naturally knows what makes meetings and events successful. Prior to co-founding elm Planning, she was a meeting planner at Meeting Protocol Worldwide from 2006 – 2010. Her knowledge and expertise covers meeting and budget management, procurement, on-site management and training.

Camille Maris  brings demonstrated leadership and an extensive background to the elm Planning team. She worked as a meeting planner at Meeting Protocol Worldwide from 2005 – 2008. Camille currently runs the Contracts, Strategic Sourcing, and Vendor Management divisions of elm Planning. She is based in Manila, Philippines where elm opened their Asia-Pacific location in 2012.

A longtime industry expert, LaKesha Patterson ’s experience spans 15 years of strategic event marketing, corporate meetings and logistics. Prior to elm Planning, she worked for Meeting Protocol Worldwide and Grant Thornton, LLP as a meeting planner. She has managed meetings and events varying in size and scope in over 30 countries, spanning 5 continents.

Elizabeth Scher  joined elm Planning in 2014. From 2008 – 2014, she was an account manager at USI Insurance Services. Her experience with balancing the needs of the client with the goals of the organization combined with her passion for travel makes her a valuable asset to the elm Planning team.

Susan  worked in the mortgage industry for over 10 years as a loan processor and post closing coordinator. Both positions required her to be detail oriented and a problem solver. Since leaving the mortgage industry, she has dedicated her time to volunteering at her girls’ schools. As a PTA member, she has planned several fund raising events along with events that promote family engagement. She is excited to be a part of an amazing planning team and looks forward to see what the future holds.
