Here at elm Planning, LLC, we take your privacy seriously. We will only use your personal information to document your attendance or decline from participation, facilitate your hotel stays, book airfare, and book ground transportation arrangements as needed. Your personal data will be encrypted, collected and stored on our secure servers in the United States. This will be stored upon submission of your registration until 30 days after the meeting dates have passed. At 30 days after the conclusion of the meeting, your personal information will be permanently destroyed. You have the right to request confirmation that your personal information has been destroyed. Your details (personal information, flight details, special dietary requirements) will be shared, digitally/electronically through secure and encrypted channels, with our travel agent, Eton Travel, so they can contact you by phone and/or email with regard to your travel arrangements.
Your details (personal information, flight details, special dietary requirements) will be shared, digitally/electronically through secure and encrypted channels, with the An imprint of your personal major credit card will be taken upon arrival at the Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place. Any incidentals and expenses above and beyond the room and room tax charges will be charged to your personal credit card. Hotel check-in is at 15:00. If you arrive prior to check-in, your luggage will be stored with the hotel bellman. and ground transportation company in order to reserve your lodging and ground transfers to/from the airport.
Attendance status reports in the form of spreadsheets will be emailed to the sponsor’s study team containing your name and organization name. The purpose for this is to monitor attendance and responses.
Throughout the meeting, your name will be printed on sign in sheets for documentation of attendance and participation. The hard copy sign in sheets will be passed on to the sponsor’s study team for evidence of attendance. Your name will also be printed on your name badge and the Departure Notice contained in your welcome packet. The Departure Notice will serve as your reminder and notification of your departure details at the end of the meeting. A Certificate of Participation containing your name will be printed and distributed after the meeting to all attendees. This is not shared with anyone else. The Certificate of Participation is your confirmation that you attended the General Session.
